Practice Manager
Cassie is certified as a veterinary practice manager through the VHMA. She has worked around animals her entire life and enjoys helping people with their pets. She has dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles! She enjoys fossil hunting, rockhounding, attending conventions, and gaming.

Bonnie Larson
Receptionist Supervisor
Bonnie joined the RRVC team in February, 2022. She has a husband of 20 years, four kids and one precious granddaughter. She loves her two donkeys, six goats, four cats and her Rottie Oakley. In her free time Bonnie enjoys spending time with her friends and family and being outdoors. Her favorite pastime is sitting on her front porch watching the sunset.

Katja is a Licensed Veterinary Technician through Penn Foster. She is originally from Germany, and spends the summers with her children visiting the country. She enjoys outdoors, fossil hunting, and attending concerts.

Hillary is a Murray State College graduate that has been with us since 2022. Hillary has her hands full with 2 dogs, 1 cat, and LOTS of pigs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her new baby Channing and husband Cameron.

Ashlyn is one of our wonderful licensed technicians. Earning her license through Cedar Valley College. She has her hands full with 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 horse, 1 mini donkey and even some chickens! In her free time, she loves to read, paint, and spend time with her family

Alex Medina
Kennel Manager / Veterinary Assistant
Alex began with our team in 2019 as a Kennel Attendant and has since grown into his roles as a Veterinary Assistant and Kennel Manager. Outside of work, he runs a local party décor business, enjoys crafting, and works closely with Gainesville FFA by helping his sister with her show animals. At home, Alex loves spending time with his Aussie mix, Paisley. He is also bilingual!

Sydney joined our team in July 2025 as a Veterinary Assistant and plans to continue her education to become a licensed veterinary technician. She enjoys photography and spending time outdoors, traveling, and going to concerts. At home, Sydney stays busy with her two cats, Smu and Bear, and her dog, Chachi.

Eve is our greeter and is actually Emily's younger sister! She has 2 cats and enjoys reading, writing, and playing video games. Her goal is to work in the film industry as a script writer and she is in the process of writing a book!

Claire joined our team in 2022 as a Kennel Attendant and has since transitioned into her role as a Receptionist. She shares her home with a cat, two dogs, a bunny, and two horses, and also enjoys raising French Bulldogs. In her free time, Claire loves baking, gardening, attending concerts, and hopes to travel more in the future.

She owns a cat named Milo and also runs her own photography business, which she hopes to continue growing while furthering her education at Refinery Road. Araceli is one of our Receptionists and the first friendly face to welcome clients to our clinic. She owns two dogs, Denver and Nina, and enjoys singing, dancing, and cooking in her free time. Araceli is bilingual, loves traveling to Mexico, and plans to continue her education to become a veterinarian.
