What to Expect When You Arrive?

1 - Reception & Check-In

As you arrive, our friendly receptionists will welcome you in our beautiful and inviting lobby. Our amazing staff will handle your check-in quickly and efficiently. This may involve some quick paperwork to ensure we have all your information up-to-date.

2 - Settle In

Once you're checked in, we'll guide you to your exam room. For larger dogs, weighing will happen in the lobby, while smaller pets can be comfortably weighed in the room itself.

3 - Consultation & Exam

Shortly after, a caring veterinary assistant will join you to discuss your pet's health history and current concerns. They'll then consult with the veterinarian, who will personally examine your pet.

4 - Checkout

When your appointment concludes, our team will guide you through the checkout process. Depending on your preference, payment can be made in the exam room or at the reception desk.

Quick Tip:

No question or concern is too small when it comes to your pet's health and well-being, which are our utmost priority. We are here to work together with you to make this a reality and gladly welcome any and all inquiries about your pet.
